How do we achieve quality?
We have successfully achieved accreditation for ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management).
We maintain an Integrated Management System per ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. This is a set of processes and procedures that help us achieve best practice, particularly in the areas of quality and environmental impact to holistically address all areas across the business.
We do this by:
- The training and development of staff
- Encouraging everyone to take responsibility for Quality and Environmental standards
- Providing products and services that fully meet customer requirements
- Working with suppliers to ensure materials and services conform to defined requirements and Quality and Environment levels
- Conform to all applicable customer and statutory regulations and codes of practice
